Your responsibilitiesConducting pre-implementation analyses
Configuring a particular system: assistance in adapting the information system to the requirements and specifics of the customer
Cooperation with programmers on changes and implementation of ERP system extensions
Developing implementation documentation according to the methodology adopted by the company.
System configuration and acceptance tests
Training and technical support for system users
Cooperation with payroll teams
Preparing the base for payroll on customers
Attend customer meetings as needed.
Development of implementation documentation
Customer care and technical support during implementation
Our requirements
Very good knowledge of Enova system (payroll and HR module)
Proven track record of implementing new clients and data migration to Enova system
Good knowledge of system integration (Enova with other system)
Extensive knowledge of Excel (incl. advanced macro creation)
Analytical thinking and quick perception
Good command of written and spoken English and Polish

Knowledge of database issues and SQL nice to have
