Opis stanowiska
The Data Engine and Mapping team, within our client's banking area company, is seeking a skilled Database Tester to contribute to a critical project. The team is responsible for replicating and migrating collateral data from various legacy solutions to the N Collateral Solution (NCS). This involves comprehensive data analysis, mapping, development, and testing of replication/migration engines, as well as ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the replicated data.Database Tester
Main Responsibilities
Understand mapping documents and translate them into effective test cases
Define, execute, and enhance test coverage for collateral data migration
Collaborate closely with developers, testers, and analysts during the development phase to ensure a clear understanding of business requirements
Keep test documentation up-to-date and accurate
Proactively communicate testing activities progress with all relevant parties
Initiate and drive the data verification process
Generate clear and concise summaries of defects, collaborating with developers and stakeholders during the fixing phase
Identify areas for test automation and develop automated test scripts
Requirements
Strong experience in SQL
Understanding of ETL/Data Analytics/Relational Databases/Data Modeling processes
Experience in data migrations
Familiarity with testing tools (e.g., qTest) will be an advantage
Analytical thinking and high attention to detail
Willingness to learn the business logic of collaterals
Ability to work with Scrum/SAFe frameworks and teams is an asset
Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and understandable way
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Conditions
Working mode: 4 days of remote job per week (visiting office in Warsaw once a week is a must)

Salary: 70 90 PLN/h
