Twój zakres obowiązkówBusiness development focused on financial results and customer satisfaction
Acquisition of new Clients mainly abroad (Western Europe, Nordic countries, UK, North America, Singapore), negotiation of terms and conditions, and conclusion of commercial contracts
Various sales activities to deliver new business
Business meetings with clients and prospects
Creating sales presentations and proposals in line with client needs and company standards
Liaising with the marketing department to execute the sales strategy
Market monitoring and competition analysis
After-sales support, maintaining customer relations
Creation of sales reports
Achievement of both individual and group business objectives
Nasze wymagania
Highly developed negotiating and communication skills
Experience in the acquisition and service of international Clients, preferably in the IT Outsourcing field
Orientation towards achieving sales targets, proactive attitude
Experience in sales and building long-term relationships with international Clients
Experience in preparing sales presentations and conducting business meetings
Analytical approach to problem-solving with a focus on Clients' objectives and needs
Fluency in English
Willingness to travel, active driving license cat B.
