Business Development Manager/ Country ManagerPGO/PGO/2024/2/4
Your role & responsibilities:
Actively and comprehensively leading the sales process of company products and services in the German market, including:
preparation and execution of sales strategy and plans,
acquiring, managing and expanding the client portfolio,
preparing and negotiating cooperation terms,
regular reporting on activities, sales and plan execution.
2. Establishing contacts and building relationships with existing and potential customers, including:
providing ongoing customer service,
assisting in resolving customer issues,
preparing solutions using company portfolio tools, consistent with customer expectations.
3. Managing the brand in the German market, including:
preparing and presenting commercial offers,
representing the company at conferences and industry events,
monitoring the market and competitors' activities.
What are we looking for:
strong sales experience, preferably in a managerial position,
solid knowledge of the research, media, or digital industry,
Proficiency in both English and German,
ability to independently draft plans and execute them,
analytical and critical thinking skills,
independence in decision-making and goal-oriented mindset,
high interpersonal skills and self-confidence,
readiness for business travel (within Germany and to the Headquarters in Warsaw).
