Your responsibilitiesContent Authoring and Management:
Execute web authoring tasks and manage daily updates using the Jira ticketing system. This involves creating, editing, and publishing content while adhering to brand guidelines and SEO best practices.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Collaborate with brand stakeholders to gather and prioritize website change requests, ensuring clear and structured input for the web development and authoring teams.
Relationship Management:
Foster productive relationships with external vendors and coordinate daily interactions to facilitate efficient website updates.
User Experience Enhancement:
Work closely with web software developers, UX and UI experts to create exceptional end-user experiences across all websites and portals.
Project Contribution:
Participate in website-related projects, including website redesigns and integration efforts with eCommerce or Dital Asset Management platforms.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Engage with internal teams such as Email, Lead Generation, Programmatic, SEO, and Social to align web and portal development activities with broader marketing objectives and departmental KPIs.
Performance Monitoring:
Define, implement, and actively monitor relevant KPIs to gauge website availability, content quality, and customer satisfaction, proactively driving continuous improvements.
Technical Proficiency:
Stay current with the latest website platform functionalities, with a specific focus on Adobe Experience Manager, and drive the adoption of new features to enhance visitor experiences.
Website Strategy Coordination:
Collaborate with the Digital Project Manager to ensure the implementation of the website and portal strategy, ensuring smooth daily operations for business continuity and ecosystem integration.
Quality Assurance:
Audit website and portal functionalities, oversee issue troubleshooting with developers, and manage Jira projects for site bug fixes and enhancements.
Analytics Utilization:
Partner with the Digital Analytics team to review and act upon traffic analytics data to meet established KPIs and improve web performance.
Employer requirements
Bachelor or masters degree in business, project management or similar relevant education
Minimum of 5 years working experience in CMS management system, digital content management and/or website authoring in an internaltional company
3+ yearssoftware solutions such as SFDC or Adobe Creative Cloud / Experience Manager and Jira.
UX training/experience to proactively recommend page solutions and component placement
Strong comunication and great interpersonal skills
Independent, pro-active work-style, experience in leading global business/IT projects
Ability to work in fast-paced matrix environment across functions and departments; good time and task management skills
Proven strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Hybris commerce/content management is an asset
Fluency in English

As a Websites and Portals Operations Manager (18-months contract), you will play a pivotal role in supporting Sonovas Hearing Instrument brands, including: Phonak, Unitron, and Hansaton. Your primary mission is to oversee the efficient management, development, and continuous improvement of our websites and portals. This position merges the responsibilities of an AEM Cloud platform author with the broader tasks associated with website content management. You will serve as central point of contact between various stakeholders, web development teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless operations and a top-notch user experience.
