SALES MANAGER (K/M)Obowiązki
Building the company's marketing and sales strategy and active participation in its implementation
Control of implementation of the implemented strategy and assessment of effectiveness in relation to sales results
Managing a team responsible for sales, marketing and cooperation with external support companies
Coordination of work related to identifying and indicating favorable sales channels
Managing and supervising the distribution of advertising and promotional materials
Responsibility for all activities related to brand image creation
Establishing new and developing current business relationships with clients
Active search for new customers and maintaining relationships with current customers
Wymagania
Higher education
Knowledge of English at the B2/C1 level, knowledge of German is welcome
Documented experience in sales and marketing in manufacturing industry
Experience in creating and implementing marketing and sales strategies and plans
Experience in team management and project management
Strong focus on achieving goals as well as perseverance and consistency
Assertiveness, discipline and interpersonal skills, ease of establishing contacts
Availability and readiness to travel abroad
Category B driving license and driving experience
Practical knowledge of developing a commercial offer and terms of contracts
The ability to transfer and share knowledge with employees and their motivation
