Opis stanowiska
Responsiblities:Being the first point of contact for customers in Czech
Solving customer problems related to sports, mainly football
Providing customers support via e-mails or social media (85%) or phone (15%) with innovative solutions to meet their needs
Building positive relationships with customers
Requirements:
Very good knowledge
of Czech
(min. C1) and English (min.B2)
Openness
to working in shifts
Availability to work min. 150h/month
Excellent computer skills
Experience in customer service will be an advantage
Interest in football will be an added value
Availability to start work immediately
Offer:

Shift work (the department works 24/7 - work with a fixed schedule)
Work from the office in Warsaw
(Mokotów)
Implementation training - for the first 2/3 weeks of work in business hours
