The leader in package manufacturing with several plants and offices across Europe (HQ in Austria) is looking for aCRM Team Leaderto join their Cracow office. The role is part technical Project/Task Manager, part Administrator/Manager and part CRM Analyst so you'll lead and execute the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of the CRM platform (Creatio, 500+ sales users).Onlycontract of employment(umowa o prace) possible. Flexible working hours,remote workpossible (negotiated individually for people outside of Kraków), German lessons, sport card, private healthcare, additional day off.
Duties:
Provide leadership and direction to the CRM Team
Collaborate with Sales Management and other Application Owners to ensure a continuous rollout and enhancement of our Creatio-CRM-solution
Effectively act as the liaison between the CRM-users, CRM-vendor, and the CRM team
Coordinate the evaluation, costing, scope definition and implementation of new development requests
2nd & 3rd level support for CRM-users
Creation of training documents and implementation of training curriculums in coordination with Sales Management and other Application Owners
Quality assurance of developments in the Creatio-CRM-solution through test management and test execution.
Your profile:
A history of successfully implementing cloud-based CRM solutions
An ability to understand and articulate complex requirements, meet deadlines and control budgets as well as handle and prioritize simultaneous requests
Min. 5 years experience in a similar role
