Job Description:
Primary Responsibilities:
Responsible for handling technical issues related to servers submitted by enterprise users via email, phone, instant messaging tools, including but not limited to: providing problem-solving solutions, entering cases into the system, tracking progress, escalating unresolved cases, summarizing and sharing cases, and other related tasks assigned by the company.
Achieve personal business targets (including but not limited to case acceptance/resolution quantity, independent resolution rate, accuracy of assignments, timeliness of handling, etc.).
Regularly organize and write technical materials and documents, conduct post-incident reviews of technical issues.
Accept team shift arrangements, be available for standby during non-working hours (including weekends and nights), be willing to work overtime when necessary, and provide temporary substitutions.
Job Requirements
Educational Requirement: Diploma or above, preferably in computer science and technology, software engineering, information security, network engineering, computer application and technology, information management and information systems, or related computer majors.
Language Requirement: Proficient in English with standard pronunciation (American or British English), able to communicate fluently and participate in business meetings; able to communicate in Chinese.
Experience Requirement: Experience in IT-related technical support roles (such as computer/server hardware vendor after-sales technical support engineer, server field operation and maintenance engineer, Helpdesk, etc.).
Skill Requirement: Familiar with computer basic hardware architecture, capable of basic troubleshooting of common hardware failures in servers/computers; familiar with server operating systems such as Linux, Vmware, Windows Server.
Qualities Requirement: Sense of responsibility, self-discipline, honesty, willingness and proficiency in communication, strong logical analysis ability, strong ability to withstand pressure, and willingness to engage in technical support work in the future.
