Your responsibilitiesIdentification of sales opportunities and assessment of customer needs
Active search for new distribution opportunities through regular visits
Cooperation with prospective clients to explain the benefits of products and services, promote and build brand loyalty
Working closely with technical area on the development of products or services to meet the customers requirements and increase the customer's portfolio
Active participation in developing market strategies and forecast process
Support and cooperation with Sales Managers in all tender processes
Cooperation between internal suppliers and sales areas
Manage customers in all phases of the sales cycle
Provide advice and post-sale visit when required
Preparation of reports to identify prospecting data and sales opportunities
Our requirements
We are looking for a curious and proactive person able to take initiative when needed. This position requires strong sales capabilities, understanding of a supply chain process and excellent self-organization. We are not focused on technical background of candidates, rather on business development capabilities, no matter in which market. We would like to hire someone having:
Mandatory:
Skills of the people person true sales capabilities
Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position, in B2B market
Extensive knowledge of customer management
Knowledge of market conditions by level of competitiveness
Efficient time management, being able to lead multiple projects simultaneously
Team player skills, willing to cope with different group of people within the organization
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Package (Excel, Word, Power Point)
Good command of Polish and English (spoken and written min. B2)
Negotiation and presentation skills
Driving license
Openness to business travel (domestic) 40% of the time
Will be an advantage, but its not necessary:
University degree in technical or technical related discipline
Technical knowledge required to provide technical advice to clients
