Your responsibilities
Manage communication and engagement initiatives (e.g. webinars, all-hands meetings) as agreed with Culture and Engagement Manager and in collaboration with Marketing and relevant internal stakeholders
Develop and maintain an internal communication calendar to ensure a consistent and organized approach to communication initiatives
Create communication content to support global activities in line with corporate messaging and branding
Manage governance of employer review platforms and helps craft and administer responses to employee feedback, when required
Manage the monthly newsletter process, coordinating with a network of global editorial partners to deliver engaging content.
Support the development and implementation of internal communication templates, resources, and guidelines to ensure consistent messaging and branding
Help colleagues from across the organization understand and comply with internal communication governance
Manage the development and maintenance of the company intranet, ensuring it remains an effective tool for internal communication
Proofread, format and edit of communication materials
Coordinate, administer and help improve global recognition programs, collaborating with stakeholders from across the business
Oversee and manage internal communication channels, ensuring they are consistent, engaging, and aligned with the company's values and purpose
Provide support with content development, maintenance, upload and distribution company presentations, news articles, videos, official documentation
Manage communications metrics tools and produces engagement analytics reports
Create basic visual aids (as per brand guidelines) and manage more complex design requests with the Design Team
Our requirements
Bachelors or Masters degree in any field with a minimum of 2 years experience in communications and/or HR
Strong project management skills
Advanced communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Strong understanding of organizational culture and its impact on business performance
Full proficiency in English with exceptional written and verbal skills
Proficiency in using communication tools and software
Analytical skills to assess the impact of engagement initiatives
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Highly organized team player, comfortable in a fast-paced global environment
Preferable experience of working in a large global corporation
Positive and passionate personality, with a strong drive to challenge the status quo and continuously improve things
