You will lead a team of skilled DevOps engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless deployment, scalability, and reliability of our applications and infrastructure. What sets you apart is your extensive experience and proven track record in a variety of projects, both in Poland and internationally, where you excelled as a Solutions Architect and DevOps Architect in on-premises and cloud environments.Requirements:
Proven experience as a DevOps professional, with significant experience in Solutions Architecture and DevOps Architecture roles in on-premises and cloud environments
Strong expertise in CI/CD tools and practices, including Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Shell, Python, Ruby) for automation
Hands-on experience with both on-premises and cloud platforms - Azure (AWS, GCP nice t have)
In-depth knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) tools, such as Terraform or CloudFormation
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
Strong communication and leadership skills, with a collaborative approach
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Responsibilities:
Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment and testing, ensuring the highest standards of efficiency and reliability.
Manage and maintain both on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure, leveraging your expertise in both environments.
Collaborate closely with development and operations teams to guarantee the availability, performance, and security of our systems.
Utilize your Solutions Architect and DevOps Architect experience to drive best practices in designing and optimizing system architecture.
Implement containerization and orchestration solutions, such as Docker and Kubernetes, to enhance system scalability and manageability.
Proactively monitor and troubleshoot system and application issues, maintaining high availability.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
Establish and enforce DevOps best practices and standard operating procedures.
Lead initiatives to enhance security, compliance, and disaster recovery strategies.
