Your responsibilitiesDealing with administrative tasks (ordering office supplies, cooperating with building administration, etc.).
Delivering the highest standard of support as the first point of contact for Management and Employees.
Managing calendar and meetings (including scheduling meetings, conference and video calls)
Organizing meetings with clients, team meetings and events
Preparing and maintaining company documents
Preparing Power Point presentations
Coordinating collection and delivery of letters and parcels
Determining the administration issues and resolving them accurately to ensure efficient operation of the office
Maintaining positive relationships and good communication with colleagues and team members
Taking up any task that comes on the way! It is a developing team with roles that are expanding.
Our requirements
At least one year of experience in a similar position.
Excellent administrative, planning, and organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Excellent knowledge of Word and Excel.
Accuracy and high level of attention to detail in every aspect of work.
Highly client service and quality-oriented mindset.
Ability to be proactive and take the initiative.
Excellent social skills, communicative, team player.
Professional approach to work, a strong sense of responsibility.
Excellent English skills.

What you will be working on
As an Administration Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality along with the smooth workflow of ongoing tasks in our office in Kraków, supporting employees, and closely working with Andeas executive team.
