We are looking for a OTC Specialist with German who will join team located in Kraków.
Project information:
Location: Kraków; hybrid work model (2/3 days per week remotely)
Type of project: Accountancy
Type of employment: long-term contract of employment
Remuneration: 8000 - 10000 PLN gross
Level: Specialist
Start date: depending on candidate's availability
Responsibilities:
Reviewing and completing orders in SAP
Creation of orders, sending of confirmations to the customer
Preparation of invoices, shipping documents
Creation and transmission of invoices electronically
Monitoring of outstanding debt and contacting customers if necessary
Processing incoming and outgoing payments and contacting customers with questions
Execution of internal controls
Participation in process development (bringing in new ideas)
Matching with production units, sales, logistics/dispatch, warehouse or logistics carrier staff to expedite or track shipments
Requirements:
Minimum one year of experience in the OtC/AR area
Knowledge of English and German (min. B2)
Experience in working with SAP
Good knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel)
Attention to detail
High interpersonal and communication skills
