For our Client we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of:
Support Engineer / 3st Line Support (Apple environment)
Location: 100% remote
Job type: B2B (with Hays Poland)
Length: first contract signed for 12 months, with possibility of prolongation
Rate: 110-130 PLN/h net
Start date: ASAP (start in March is preferred)
Remote work: 100% remote
What will you do:
Client device management with a focus on Apple ecosystem
Remote third line support
Core software Management and Distribution
Application Packaging & Distribution
Apple Operating Systems, Applications and COTS Applications Patching (Test & Release)
Monitoring of the iOS/MacOS and COTS Application patches deployment and success - provide reporting on status of patching
Provide lifecycle services for the EUC Environment (Apple)
Vulnerability management of the EUC Environment (Apple), ensuring equipment is running current software and patched to agreed versions (includes measurement against agreed security scorecard)
Respond to critical security Incidents classified as Priority 1 Incidents (for clarity, these Incidents which may result in a security Incident should be worked on immediately through to resolution)
Policy management in relevant directories
Maintenance and creation of knowledge base, including first and second support lines instructions

What we expect from you:
At least 3 years of experience on 2nd/3rd line support
Knowledge of JAMF Pro, JAMF Connect and JAMF Now and Apple ecosystem
Working knowledge of endpoints management, MDM, MDM APIs
Awareness of the function and operation of ABM and VPP
Good general understanding of networking, hardware and domains
Apple macoOS build and maintenance lifecycle, including patching
Application packaging and delivery
Scripting
Working knowledge of troubleshooting infrastructure and OS, hardware embedded micro code / firmware
Good knowledge of ITIL Service Delivery Processes (preferably with formal certification)
Understanding the concepts of KPIs and SLAs
Ability to perform troubleshooting tasks related to infrastructure and endpoints
Knowledge of English on B2 level
