What you will be responsible for
We offer roles in various teams in the area of investment and fund services: Fund Accounting, Individually Managed Accounts, Transfer Agency
As Fund Accountant in Krakow you will:
Calculate Net Asset Value ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Complete and prove reasonability of the Fund valuation components.
Make sure any discrepancy is monitored and resolved professionally.
As Accountant on Individually Managed Accounts in Krakow you will:
Ensure clients instructions are processed in a timely fashion.
Perform reconciliation, client administration and analyze the information received.
Make sure any clients instruction as well as discrepancy is monitored and resolved professionally.
As Transfer Agency Analyst in Krakow you will be responsible for:
The correct and timely processing of specific activities performed in the areas of Fund Trading Services:
Local Paying Agent
Transfer Agency
Reconciliation
Reporting
Order Router
The role will involve a significant amount of contact with internal and external clients, Transfer Agents and other groups within State Street.
The Transfer Agency Analyst is a main point of contact for all other supporting functions and is responsible for analyzing information, monitoring and resolving queries received from external parties.
