Job Description

Role: Senior Deskside Technician/ Technical Trainer

Location: Krakow, Poland

The Trainer role primarily focuses on technical knowledge transfer towards Stefanini OSS Technicians:

Proactively identify training gaps and needs;
Training Design and Development;
Provide feedback and advice to the management team regarding the attendees and their development status and needs;
Planning and Organizing Trainings;
End-to-end training delivery according to Training schedule and Training procedures;
Work closely with other IT specialists to develop knowledge documentation and training content;
Act as a Point of Contact for technical advice or support;
Able to deliver service to Senior Executive people.

Job Requirements

2 Years' experience in an OSS (Onsite Service) IT-Support Role;
Advanced knowledge of all OSS support processes;
Local Language and English - Fluent;
Excellent oral and written communication skills;
Analytical / Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to assess client situations and provide actionable outcomes;
Proactive attitude and very good organizational skills;
Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences;
Availability to travel (within country/cluster);
Candidates need to be flexible, efficient and able to work independently;
Proficient in all Windows Versions and MAC OS Operating Systems;
Proficient in Microsoft Office 2016/2019/Office365 Suite ;
Proficient in collaboration Tools Teams/Skype/Zoom;
Proficient with Asset management process;
Proficient with ITSM tools;
Good Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Group Policy Objects;
Understanding of Antivirus Protection Software, and VPN Solutions;
Experienced with Apple Products (MacOS/IpadOS/IOS);
Experience with Mobile Device Support (IOS/Android) and MDM solutions (Intune..);
Good experience in hardware support required;
Basic Network troubleshooting skills and knowledge;
Support of key engineering applications at use within the business;
Able to adapt in a fast-evolving technology environment and ability to learn;
Able to assume day to day responsibilities generating specific deliverables;
ITIL Foundation Certified;
CompTIA+ certification or Microsoft certifications are a plus.
