Opis stanowiska
We are currently looking for a candidate for a role: Industrial Engineer - Lamination and Assembly (m/k) - global function.Your tasks:
carry out continuous feasibility analysis of the product and take them in account accordingly to the FMEA process,
participate in the RFQ phases giving the best possible technical solutions after checking feasibility, reliability and cost,
take actively part in the development phase to reach and improve the outcomes set during acquisition and nominations,
judge, validate, discuss, update, monitor and control the offered processes, tools and equipments from suppliers,
use of Tech Center knowledge, plant experience, available software and external specialist to verify the best technical solutions,
regularly analyze the requirements and components to develop a best technical specification,
launch technical review meetings with the supplier and plants in the different projects phases,
participate and visit fairs, shows/discussions to get the best and latest solution from the market,
manage and answer all responsible ECRs in the Digital Automotive System,
participate and live the OKR process regularly (continues improvement),
one site collaboration with Quality, IE, Launch and Management function in the plants for process, tool, Equipment and work instructions and secure documentation,
create, update, correction of required documentation in all need (introduced) systems,
administration of all required documents (for this position) in digital form and secure saving in the central storage folder/system,
active support for problem solving and continuous improvements with internal, supplier and customer teams,
regularly report and follow up of agreed KPIs and regular reporting on target achievement,
on the job training for machine, equipment and software with Team members and specific training or help,
supervise, discuss and administrate the maintenance, service and spare parts planning with supplier, purchase and plants,
all the tasks necessary for the maintenance and proper performance of the working area/department.
Our expectations:
bachelors degree in a technical filed preferred (Engineer, industrialization, Technology, Plastica, Automotive etc.),
deep experience in Automotive Interiors projects and launches,
special knowledge/experience in machine / tool design, construction/build and follow up for lamination, stamping welding, and welding processes and equipment,
knowledge in automation of processes (programming, robot, mechanics),
process FMEA´s knowledge (training will be applied if required),
capability to explain transfer process needs in design changes and requirements for design, suppliers and customer,
used to work in a Lean, Kaizen and Six Sigma environments,
high interest for further learning and continuous improvement,
ability to resolve issues quickly and to recognize and resolve threats to program objections,
willingness, commitment and responsibility in an international working field,
ability to work independent of direct supervision with different cultures combined with good negotiations skills to reach the aims team oriented,
ability to collect, maintain and analyze data,
strong interpersonal and communication skills written and verbal,
high fexibility for traveling to plants, suppliers and customer (25-50%),
deep konowledge of Databased managment systems and comuter skills (Microsoft office, SAP basics etc.),
english spoken and written.
