Position: HR Business PartnerLocation: Kostrzyn nad Odrą
For our client, an international manufacturing company, we are looking for an HR Businss Partner. If you are experienced in the area of talent acquisition and retention, employer branding and other HR tasks - this may be an offer for you!
Main tasks:
Providing support at all levels of the organization to enhance employee experience and support the main business strategy through HR activities
Supervision and coordination of dedicated Global Projects within HR
Cooperation with management staff and providing HR tools and solutions
Conducting Recruiting Projects and Talent Attraction as well as Employer Branding using Social Media
Coordinating Development Projects in the organization, including Talent Management and Succession Planning
Responsibility and implementation of training and training budget
Analysis and monitoring of HR indicators
Support in Employee Opinion Surveys
Support in the timely implementation of personnel/HR processes in accordance with applicable labor law, and IT systems
Audit support
Required qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in HR or similar educational background
At least 5 years of experience working in an HR Business Partner position or similar, preferably in a production environment
Experience with recruiting in a challenging environment
Experience with Talent Management processes and programs
Very good knowledge of MS Office and preferably also Workday
Good knowledge of English
Good organization of own work
Negotiation skills
Ability to work in a team
Highly developed interpersonal skills
Ability to think analytically
Assertiveness
Ability to work under time pressure
